1. California State Law Requirements
Under California Civil Code §1723, if a business does not post a refund policy, customers are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that services have not yet been rendered.
Refunds are not required for:
- Services already provided (such as completed BLS, PALS, or ACLS courses)
- Custom or special training arrangements
- No-shows on the day of training
2. Our Refund Policy for Training Programs
- Class Registrations (ACLS, BLS, PALS):
- Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested in writing within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and at least 72 hours before the scheduled class.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class start will not be refunded but may be eligible for one reschedule at no additional charge.
- No-shows on the day of class are not eligible for refunds.
- Certification Courses (Online + Skills Sessions):
- Online access codes, digital content, and course keys are non-refundable once issued.
- If you cannot attend the skills session, you may reschedule once within 30 days without penalty.
- Private or On-Site Group Training:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure booking and is non-refundable.
- Remaining balances may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule:
- Email us at shocksavesquad@gmail.com with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
4. Posting of Policy
This Refund Policy is clearly posted on our website and available at the point of registration, in compliance with California law.
